Optimal reading conditions

It's hard to start in marathon and run with uncomfortable shoes, isn't it? ; )
It's the same with reading. Firstly, before reading we have to create good conditions for reading.

Optimal conditions:

• The best light is daylight
• Synthetic light should be placed beyond shoulder of hand which you use in writing.
• Optimum luminous intensity, not to dark, not to Wright
• Position during the reading (sit up straight! :D)
• Surroundings (radio, tv, neighbour with hammer...)
• Good self-condition
• Tidiness on table / bench / desk (delete as appropriate)

I know it may be hard to remain those utopian conditions. If we have no possibilities to provide all of them, we should try to fulfil at least few.
