Lesson I

The first lesson is entirely theoretical.

The theoretical knowledge is necessary, if you want to make the exercise properly.

Read whole column 'Theory' and 'History', that are:

• Beginnings - beginnings of speed reading.
• Development - development of speed reading.
• Today - the speed reading today.

• Slow/fast reading - differences between fast, and slow reading
• Text understanding - what affect on our text understanding.
• Optimum conditions - optimum conditions which you need while reading.
• Your eyes - do you know about their potential?
• Anticipation - very important part of speed reading
• vocalization - speaking the words in mind
• Stops (pauses) - stops of your eyesight
• Photographic reading - reading one page per second...
• Exercise motivation
