Anticipation - that is expecting, guessing the reading text. It facilitate words and whole text understanding, especially when you read something for second time.
Now, more clearly : ). It's ability that help us with reading word or whole line of the text when we see only some part of it. Try to remember the 1st class of primary school. You were reading letter by letter. Now you are reading whole words (I hope so ; D). Yes, this is Anticipation.
We can practice it by reading partly-covered text:
I advice you the most simple way: newspaper + ruler + marker ; )
Firstly read slightly underlined text, after some time try to rise the difficulty level.
Other way: we are reading the book and we covering with sheet of paper last / first word of each line of the text.
Reading from right to left is very good idea, it accustom to work both of your brain sides. And what it gives us? Better efficiency of brain = faster Reading ; )
Read various types of texts from right to left. Easy? Of course, not ; ) At the very beginning you will have problems, but don't worry. If you will exercise regularly you will see the effects earlier than you think.
